Gentle Yoga for Beginners Weekly Class
Please join Greg every Thursday evening for a gentle introduction to the calming and meditative aspects of yoga postures and breathing for stress relief and relaxation. All levels are welcome.
 
Baby and Me Yoga Class for Parents and babies 6 weeks through walking
Bring your baby for 45 min. to an hour of bonding, stretching, and fun with other parents just like you. Porsche and her baby Fate will help you to engage your baby with songs, rhythm, and gentle movements while building trust and social skills with other parents and children.
 

Restorative Yoga (Beginner)

A restful, restorative class with bolsters to help acheive a state of deep relaxation. The class will consist of 5-10 poses held for 5-15 minutes each to gently open the heart and counteract the effects of poor posture, sitting for long periods, driving a car, or other repetitive movements.
 
Power Yoga for Athletes
Often, athletes such as runners, cyclists, and golfers develop strength in specific areas of the body, which compromises flexibility and range of motion in others.  This is a 60 minute vinyasa power yoga class designed to incorporate the cardio, strength, and balance elements of flow-based yoga, but has a special emphasis on flexibility and breath control that will benefit athletes and yogis of all ages and levels.  This is a challenging class that will increase metabolism, contribute to weight loss, and help develop body / mind awareness.
 
Yoga Basics (All Levels)

This is a class is for EVERY BODY because it integrates the entire body with special emphasis on breath and posture. The basic yoga poses can be modified to make them either more restorative or challenging!

 
Vinyasa / Candlelight Vinyasa (Intermediate Level)

This is a challenging and cardio-intensive class that links breath and movement in a flowing sequence of postures to build internal heat. The room is warm to help relax and detoxify the body while establishing mental clarity, strength, and flexibility.

 
Amrit Yoga
Amrit Yoga is a mindfulness-based class, created by Yogi Amrit Desai, that combines yoga and meditation into one system. It is a sequence of poses that includes Sun Salutation, plus standing and floor postures, each followed by a short resting pose. Amrit Yoga increases strength, flexibility and balance in the body, while using breath awareness to train the mind to be still, intensely alert, and fully present.
 
Pilates (All Levels)

This class emphasizes balance of the body through the development of core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. All exercises are developed with modifications that can make this class safe and challenging for a person at any level in order to become stronger, longer, leaner, and more able to do anything with grace and ease.
